Deleting clips. Metronome emphasis

Hello, i'm using the trial and assessing if this will work for our live setup. 2 quick questions

1: how do i delete/resize clips. the actual circles themselves, so i have as few circles on the screen as possible and they are big easy buttons.

2: is there a way to remove the emphasis in the metronome? so its just a steady count w/o the emphasis on the 1?
